The Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter

Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a membership organization of mothers with children ages 2–19, dedicated to nurturing future African-American leaders through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic engagement.

The Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter focuses on initiatives that empower our members and youth to make a meaningful difference — in our chapter, in our community, and in the lives of children across the country.

We look forward to an outstanding 2025–2026 program year as we continue to lead, serve, and thrive together.
President's Welcome

A Message from Our President
Welcome to the Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.

I am honored to serve alongside mothers and families who are deeply committed to our children’s growth and success. We believe that leadership begins at home and blossoms through service, learning, and cultural pride.

This program year, our theme — “Together We Lead. Together We Thrive.” — reflects our collective spirit. We aim to equip our youth with the tools to dream boldly, engage thoughtfully, and lead with purpose.

Thank you to every member, partner, and supporter who helps us build this legacy. Together, we are shaping a future where our children not only rise as leaders, but also thrive as compassionate citizens of the world.

Yours In Service,
Gretchen M. F. Williams

Our programs
The Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. offers programs that inspire youth to lead, learn, and serve. Through age-appropriate experiences in leadership development, education and STEM enrichment, cultural heritage, and community service, we empower children and teens to grow in confidence, celebrate their heritage, and make a positive impact in their communities.
In the Community
The Phoenix Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. was recently featured on ABC 15 for one of our MLK National Day of service chapter initiatives. The chapter hosted a haircare webinar for foster parents and caregivers, and donated over 60 haircare supply packages to families in need.
