Dawn Smith, Chapter President
I am honored and humbled to serve as the 35th Chapter President of the Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. It is my pleasure to welcome you to learn more about us and thank you for your interest in our chapter.
This illustrious organization was founded in 1938 by African-American mothers with the idea of bringing together children in a social and cultural environment. The Phoenix Chapter was established in 1952, the second in the Far West Region. We are proud to serve under the leadership of our Regional Director, Diane Little.
From the spectacular sunrises and sunsets to the scenic natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert, the Phoenix metropolitan area has much to offer its members. The chapter has over fifty mother members and continues to provide a positive and nurturing environment for African-American children. This program year our region is Focused, Fierce and Fired Up! We will continue to make a difference in the lives of our families and communities and we know that, Together, We Can Do More!
Long Live Jack and Jill,
