HBCU AUTHOR SHOWCASE
The days when Black students couldn't attend their colleges of their choice are gone, but the legacy and culture of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities built expressly for the edification of Black students lives on and HBCUs are still some of our most treasured national gems. The Phoenix Chapter of Jack and Jill is proud to bring virtual HBCU Excellence to the Valley for a this year's HBCU program.
This year we will be celebrating HBCU's by showcasing authors who are HBCU grads. Visit our HBCU Author Showcase page under "tabs" for more!
LIVING HISTORY
The Annual Living History Awards program is presented by Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Phoenix Chapter in collaboration with the Phoenix Chapter of The Links, Inc., and Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity's Gamma Mu Boule of Phoenix. Every year, the program exposes Phoenix area youth to prominent African American figures in the arts, sciences and other disciplines through a series of educational enrichment activities.
FATHER -DAUGHTER DANCE
FATHER -DAUGHTER DANCE
The Father Daughter dance helps provide an opportunity for Dads and Father figures to celebrate their love for their daughters and set positive examples of how their daughter should be treated on a date. This is one of those few events that will allow fathers and daughters to share special memories for many years to come.
