Programs
Our programs are designed to help children develop as confident leaders, deepen their cultural awareness, serve their communities, and build skills that prepare them for the future.
Programming is centered around Jack and Jill’s core areas of leadership development, cultural heritage, and community service, with multifaceted initiatives such as STE[A]M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math), Healthy Living, and projects with our national and local community partners.
Through these experiences, we embrace a philosophy of holistic enrichment—nurturing the growth of our children while strengthening the families and communities around them.
Our national theme, “The Power to Make a Difference,” reflects our commitment to meaningful impact, while our local theme, “Together We Lead. Together We Thrive. Because We’re All In!” captures the spirit, unity, and shared commitment of the Phenomenal Phoenix Chapter.

Our Grade Groups
Our Grade Groups come together each month for age-appropriate experiences designed around Jack and Jill’s core programmatic thrusts—educational, cultural, civic/legislative, recreational/social, health, and leadership development—along with focus areas such as financial literacy, community service, and STE(A)M.
Through these experiences, our children build confidence, develop essential skills, strengthen their leadership abilities, and form lasting friendships that grow throughout their Jack and Jill journey.
