Biennial Beautillion
The Beautillion is a celebration of the achievements of young men, ages 16 to 19, who are high school juniors and seniors in Metropolitan Phoenix. These young men represent the Phoenix community and are recognized for their accomplishments in academics, sports, the arts, and community and faith-based involvement. They are honored at Beautillion for their dedication to leadership, service, and personal growth. Each Beau must be college-bound and committed to continuing his educational and personal development.
A portion of the proceeds from Beautillion supports Education Grants for all participating community Beaus to assist with post-secondary education costs. Special awards are presented for Highest GPA, Pre-Med Designation, Exemplary Brotherhood, and for raising funds to sustain the program.
Program Experience
Throughout the Beautillion season, Beaus participate in a series of enrichment workshops and mentorship sessions focused on:
-
Leadership & Character Development
-
Financial Literacy & College Readiness
-
Public Speaking & Professional Etiquette
-
Cultural Awareness & Community Service
These experiences equip participants with essential life skills, foster a sense of brotherhood, and inspire them to make a lasting impact wherever they go.
The Beautillion Gala
The program culminates in an elegant Beautillion Gala, a black-tie celebration that recognizes each Beau’s achievements and honors their families. This inspirational evening highlights their personal growth and the community’s shared commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders.
Proceeds from the event support scholarships, youth programming, and community service initiatives that align with the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
